Teri has clinical and administrative experience which allows her to understand and guide teams with compassion and credibility. She has independently consulted for several practices in the San Diego area in addition to a variety of positions with industry leaders. Her position as a Sales Executive for Trojan Professional Services, Member Consultant for 1-800 Dentist, and Sales and Marketing Director for a local dental consulting firm has proven invaluable. Her broad range experience brings insight, understanding, and a wealth of knowledge to each client.

Shari has been in the dental profession for over 20 years in various management positions which launched her career as a dental consultant. For nearly 7 years she has led a team of consultants as Senior Practice Development Coach for a Southern California dental consulting firm. Her experience in strategic business planning encompasses start-up, transition and comprehensive practice needs. She has lectured at Loma Linda University, Tri-County Dental Society, Matsco Companies, and Esthetic Professionals. Shari’s passion empowers individual team members and dentists to exceed goals and dreams beyond their own expectations.
