Teri has clinical and administrative experience which allows her to understand and guide teams with compassion and credibility. She has independently consulted for several practices in the San Diego area in addition to a variety of positions with industry leaders. Her position as a Sales Executive for Trojan Professional Services, Member Consultant for 1-800 Dentist, and Sales and Marketing Director for a local dental consulting firm has proven invaluable. Her broad range experience brings insight, understanding, and a wealth of knowledge to each client.

Shari has been in the dental profession for over 20 years in various management positions which launched her career as a dental consultant. For nearly 7 years she has led a team of consultants as Senior Practice Development Coach for a Southern California dental consulting firm. Her experience in strategic business planning encompasses start-up, transition and comprehensive practice needs. She has lectured at Loma Linda University, Tri-County Dental Society, Matsco Companies, and Esthetic Professionals. Shari’s passion empowers individual team members and dentists to exceed goals and dreams beyond their own expectations.

Kristen has been in the dental field for over 19 years excelling in a variety of positions. Her success with business development and marketing earned her the highest accolades in her previous position as Director of Education for the nation’s leading dental referral service. She is a true communications expert and practice growth enthusiast. Kristen has been recognized as a lead presenter/speaker for seminars and symposiums nationwide. She has a keen eye for opportunities and has worked with hundreds of practices to help them find their niche and transpose their greatest assets into successful businesses. She connects with each and every person in the practice and concentrates her energy on whatever it takes to help the staff flourish in all aspects of practice and professional growth. She has a zest for learning and continues to find new and innovative ways to coach.
